I have added Daisy White cardstock for the base pages. I also added some Sapphire glitter paper strips to add sparkle to this layout as well.
The journal spot was made with dies on hand.

The journal spot was my with the CTMH Hexagon die and I did use a bit of paper from the Mix-in packet for the angled pieces behind the photo mats.

The journal spot is another CTMH bracket die. They have 4 different sets and they work great for journal spots on your pages. I have also used 2 older Cuttle Kids dies for the elephant and monkey.

This is the 3rd layout from the Close to My Heart Sweet Safari paper, 2 packs, and 1 coordinating cardstock pack. I based this layout on a layout another CTMH Maker made, Kelly Baxter. However, they are very different.
The title was made with my Silhouette Cameo and the journal spot is another CTMH bracket die set. Daisy White cardstock was added to make this layout and to save on cardstock I cut out 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 rectangle in the red base pages and used that for the 4 x 6 photo mats.

My club likes to mat most of the pictures and they prefer larger pictures so that is how I design the layouts.
