Turtle layout

Another  that was used in a Baby girl book.  I just love this bright layout.  I have used 3 different turtles in this layout, 2 dies cuts and one stamped image.

Paper on hand was used.  All photo mats are 5 1/4 x 4 inches and embossed with a plastic grid.  I just love how it gives it a quilted look.

The turtle die cuts are from Quickutz and Cuttle Kids.
Lifestyle Crafts Oval Bliss was used for the journal spot and for the turtle stamp.

The Turtle stamp is from Whipper Snapper and both images were colored with Copics.
Copics used:
G40, G43
RV63, RV65, RV19
YR65, Y38, Y13, Y15
V12, V15
BG13, BG15

Simple Baby Layout

The Create a Critter Cartridge is a fun cartridge for putting together animals.  You layer the different animal, so for most part you do not have to work with really tiny pieces.  This also makes for a slightly thicker animal on your layout so it gives it some extra dimension.

Cricut Create-a-Critter used to cut the animal embellishments.
Beaver cut at 3 inches
Turtle cut at 1 1/2 inches
Snail cut at 1 1/2 inches
Top borders 2 x 12 inches
Zig Zag accents cut with a Sizzix die.
Bottom borders cut at 3 x 12 inches.
I forgot to write down the photo mat sizes. They are all Colonail white and pink.
Journal spot from Spellbinders Back to basics tabs.

Brushed Layout 3

For my WOTG group I like to give them a 3rd layout by using the paper that is left from the paper pack after making two - 2 page layouts.  I just add 2 pieces of card stock and use paper that is left.  In this case there is still enough paper that you could double mat some pictures on the canary card stock if you wish.
 Flower patterned paper  3 1/2 x 12 inches
Topiary Striped Washi Tape next to it
Flower patterned paper 1 1/2 x 4 inches - dovetail end
Daisy white card stock 1 x 3 1/2 inches - dovetail end
Green & white polka dot paper 1/4 x 8 inches
Canary card stock 5 x 8 inches
Diamond patterned paper 1 1/2 x 8 inches

Words and butterflies from CTMH D1627 - Your own kind of wonderful stamp set
Butterflies stamped in Canary and Pixie with one butterfly using both.

Pink Animal Layout

I have so much fun making baby layouts and I have many different dies from different manufactures to use for these.  For this layout I have some Quickutz exclusive dies from different Scrapbook stores.

An older Close to My Heart designer paper set was used as well as black, pear and Daisy white CTMH cardstock.

Top and bottom borders on both pages  2 x 12 inches
Pear border -  1 1/2 x 12 inches , edged with EK Success border punch
3/4 x 12 inches pink polka dot over top of pear border.
Mats - 4 x 6 inches in pear, 3 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches in black and 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches pink polka dot.
Journal spot is a bit smaller and I forgot to measure that one.
Saying on pink polka dot is from Stampendous.
Quickutz  Tiger, Lamb Hippo Zebra

Animal Cookies layout

My friend Jean made this layout and we used it in the baby book.  Such nice bright colors.

This is the older Animal Cookies/Crackers CTMH designer paper.  I love this paper and wish we still had this.  We used stickers on this layout for a fast, fun bright layout.

Sorry forgot to write down mat size, but it looks about 4 x 6 inches and the smaller ones on page 1 look about 2 x 2 inches or so.
