Cedar and Pine Layout 3

This is the third of 4 layouts from the Close to My Heart Cedar & Pine paper packet and the Cedar & Pine coordinating cardstock.  I have also added an extra sheet of French Vanilla cardstock that will be used in the layouts.

I accented this layout with 3 different die sets that I had on hand.   The ornament was cut with 4 different dies from a die set.  I love this layered die set.  I used the colors from the layout and believe this adds a bit of elegance to the layout.  The joy title was another die set and then the bells are from another die set.  I love how dies can help a layout to pop.

Cedar and Pine Layout 2

This is the second of 4 layouts from the Close to My Heart Cedar & Pine paper packet and the Cedar & Pine coordinating cardstock.  I have also added an extra sheet of French Vanilla cardstock that will be used in the layouts.

I have accented this layout with  3 different dies that I had on hand.  One for the title Merry Christmas, One for the bells and one for the journal spots that I edged in ink.

I love the polka dots on this layout.  I also this has an old world feel to the layout with the polka dots and bells.

Cedar and Pine Layout 1

This is the first of 4 layouts from the Close to My Heart Cedar & Pine paper packet and the Cedar & Pine coordinating cardstock.  I have also added an extra sheet of French Vanilla cardstock that will be used in the layouts.

I used 2 different dies I had on hand to add the Merry Christmas title and the poinsettia flower to the journal spot.

Light-Block-Dog-Bear-01

I decided to make one of these for myself.  The dog and bear are from Digital Gems Designs

I did these in black vinyl this time.  Again I have used the holographic paper and I use it on both the front and the back as I love how it makes the lights look.  It does make this more expensive but if you are going to spend the time making something do it how you like.  As I make these double sided you can use either side and change it up.  The lights are purple but they look pink, so I may switch this up to purple and orange if I can find some mini lights in those colors. Now when my grandchildren visit I have a fun night light to use for them.

Hello Pumpkin layout 1

This is the first layout using the Close to My Heart Hello Pumpkin paper packet.  I add cardstock to the paper packets to come up with the layouts.

To this layout I have added Black, Mint, Willow and Daisy White cardstock.  I love all the patterned papers on this layout.  It does not have to be used for Halloween pictures. It can be used for anything.

The journal spot was cut with dies.

Boutique Layout 4

This is the 4th and final layout using the Close to My Heart Boutique paper packet.

I have added a bulk piece of the Boutique paper along with Daisy White and Saffron cardstock.  I have left room for a title and other embellishments once I put pictures on this.

I made this sign for Natalie for Christmas.  They have a workout room in their house now, so I made this sign for an inspiration while working out.

Wine glasses with sayings - 01

I added decals to these for Kali to give as gifts for Christmas.   This was my first try at this and it worked out pretty good.  You cannot put  these in the dishwasher, as the decals could come off.  I just think they are a fun little gift.  I bought the footprint and apple designs from the Silhouette Studio store, but I added my own alphabets and made my own heart from a nesting heart set.
