Balloon Festival layout 3

 I went to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta  in 2016.  There really is no way to describe watching all of the balloons inflate and take off when there are hundreds of them, and walking among them while they do this.  It was an awesome vacation. Here is the third layout trying to display some of the balloons in a different way.  I use some Mosaic Moments dies to cut up these pictures and grid paper to help align for the design.

These pictures are from the morning dawn patrol.  Only about 6 - 10 balloons are launched at the dawn patrol.  They all have lights and they are the ones that check the weather and help decide if balloons will launch.  It is so neat to be there early in the morning while still dark.  We had tickets to the Gondola Club where we had breakfast and then walked out into the fields among the balloons.

Balloon Festival Layout 1

 I went to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in 2016.  There really is no way to describe watching all of the balloons inflate and take off when there are hundreds of them, and walking among them while they do this.  It was an awesome vacation.  I have made this layout to try and show how many balloons there were.  There is really no way to show this as I am not a photographer, but below is what I came up with to remind me of this vacation.  I will be doing many more pages, this is just the beginning and I am trying something different here with some of the layouts using a Mosaic Moments die for the little one inch squares with balloons below. This allow me to get way more balloons on a layout.

Little Girls saying -01

A wall hanging I made for my nephews daughters first birthday.

Because this was for a little girl I used dark pink and dark purple vinyl.

Cedar and Pine Layout 4

This is the fourth and final layout from the Close to My Heart Cedar & Pine paper packet and Cedar & Pine coordinating cardstock.  I did have to add some Black and French Vanilla cardstock for this.

For this layout I used 2 SVG files from Treasure Box Designs the photo tag penguin and just the words from the Ho Ho Ho title.

The color washed out on my picture, but this is just a very simple layout in non typical Christmas colors.  I really like how this turned out.
