One-Smart-Cookie-01

 My granddaughter wants to give her teachers a gift for the holidays, so I have made this hot pad for her with my Silhouette Cameo.  They will add a cookie mix to the pocket. My first time working with HTV and they turned out really cute. The saying is an SVG file I bought on Etsy - DeZinesbyEM.  I originally was going to make my own saying but I really like how this one looked so I decided to buy it and use it for my granddaughter.  Hopefully the teachers will like this. 

Buffalo Plaid is a favorite of mine and my daughter likes it as well.  

Summer-Vibes-Layout-04

 This is the fourth and final layout using the Close To My Heart Summer Vibes design and cardstock papers. My clubs like larger pictures and their pictures matted so I have come up with the following design.  There is still some paper left, so you could add a tile or embellishments made from the left over paper.  You could even make a card or two with what is left.

I added Toffee cardstock for photo mats on the layout.  The journal spot was cut with a Spellbinder die I had on hand.  I did also add some Daisy White cardstock.

Summer-Vibes-Layout-03

This is the third of 4 layouts using the Close To My Heart Summer Vibes design and cardstock papers. My clubs like larger pictures and their pictures matted so I have come up with the following design.  This is a very simple layout and there is room for a title and more embellishments once you place your pictures on it.

The leaf accents and journal spots were created with dies I had on hand.

The design paper on this layout gave me the idea for the ice cream accents and they were created with Quicktuz dies.  I also used 2 sets of zip strips on this.

 This is the first of 4 layouts using the Close To My Heart Summer Vibes design and cardstock papers. My clubs like larger pictures and their pictures matted so I have come up with the following design.

On this layout I have added black cardstock for the photo mats.  I made the title with my Silhouette Cameo.  The watermelon are Quickutz die cuts.  The zip strip of watermelon I used on this page lead me to make some watermelon die cuts and it really help the page pop.   The journal spot was made with some Hexagon dies I on hand.

 Months three and four for your baby photos. This is such a fun little book to make and a nice keepsake for your little one.

Here are the pages for one month and two months.  Again this was paper I had on hand.  I used sweet little doily punch to make the borders top and bottom on both pages.

 The complete book shown here for the first year month by month.  This was for my grandson and I gave this to my daughter in-law.  Thank you Laurie for making the month animal cuts for me on this book.

 Love this fun paper.  It is just perfect for the opening page of a baby book to document your newborn to one year.  Just one to 2 pictures for each month.  

The title I made myself with my Silhouette Cameo and the newborn and footprints on the bottom are from Treasure Box Designs.

I made this small little 12 x 12 album with a page for each month to document my grandson's first year.  This with a gift for his parents.
