This is the second of four layouts using the Close to My Heart Central Park paper packet. These layouts are based on the Workshop Your Way layouts with some changes as my client like more spots for pictures and larger pictures and I always mat the pictures as well.
For this layout I am using the rest of the Pacifica card stock for photo mats.
The bling is Central Park sequins.
