Close to My Heart Penelope paper was used for this layout.
This is layout 2 that my club will make. As I like to mat my photos I have added an extra sheet of Glacier card stock and I embossed it with a dots folder. The Glacier paper is cut at 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 for the photo mats and the longer one is 8 1/2 x 3 1/4 for two 4 x 3 pictures.
Pixie Washi tape and the Polka Dot zip strip are used as well.
Penelope Complements and Playful Puffies used as accents on this layout. I love this little silver Puffies on the layouts.
